Football: Orange Lutheran takes momentum

Garret Gilliland scored on a five-yard touchdown run to give Orange Lutheran a 21-14 lead over Mater Dei with 7:33 left in the fourth quarter at Santa Ana Stadium.

The Lancers have converted five of six fourth-down attempts, including one on their most recent scoring drive.

Mater Dei quarterback Matt Barkley has completed only one of four passes in the second half.
