Chapman Defeats San Luis Obispo

Leone Patterson scored 15 points Friday night to lead Chapman College, ranked No. 1 in the NCAA Division 2, past Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 58-43, in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. game at San Luis Obispo.
Delisa Carter had 14 points and 17 rebounds for the Panthers (6-0, 19-2).
Guard Susan Bergendahl added 10 for the Panthers, who play host to United States International University in a nonconference game Wednesday.
