Search Called Off for Boat Operator

The Coast Guard has called off a search for a 32-year-old man who apparently fell from his skiff Friday.
Coast Guard helicopters searched a 215-square-mile area west of Dana Point for more than nine hours Saturday but failed to find any trace of Frank Neill of Riverside.
Neill’s 14-foot boat was found Friday afternoon circling with its engine running about 10 miles west-southwest of Dana Point.
