Three people were arrested and $2,000 worth of crystallized cocaine was seized when police raided a Wilshire-area “rock house.” Police said undercover agents working with a special police gang unit purchased the drugs at the house in the 1900 block of Carmona Avenue, then returned with a search warrant and made the arrests. Anthony Ray Cotton, 27, was booked on suspicion of selling narcotics. Doretha Scott, 30, and Ella Mae McShand, 48, were booked on suspicion of possessing narcotics.
