Church to Build on Laguna Niguel Site

The Synod of Southern California and Hawaii has purchased a vacant 3.6-acre property at Ivy Glen and Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel for the sum of $1.6 million. It will be the site of a new 30,000-square-foot church to constructed this year.
The purchase from Home Capital Corp of San Diego was coordinated by the Charles Dunn Co.’s Orange County office which represented both the seller and the buyer.
