Irvine Pacific Development Co. sold 109 homes...

Irvine Pacific Development Co. sold 109 homes during a one-week period in late January after posting a company record of $180 million in sales for 1984, according to Roland Osgood, president of the Irvine Co.’s home-building unit.

More than one half of the 109 sales were reported on a single day. The homes were priced from the mid-$80,000s to the low-$100,000s.

Forty-six of the 87 homes in the first increment of Woodbridge Seasons have been sold, according to Irvine Pacific, the developer of what will be a 267-home community in two locations.

Prices start below $115,000 and sizes run up to 1,458 square feet, the company said. The model complex is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Springbrook South, south of Culver Drive between the Santa Ana and San Diego freeways.

Thirty homes have been sold since its opening in the 41-unit Phase 10 of Sunburst Serena, a project of Sunburst Homes in the South Bay region of San Diego County. They are scheduled for completion in March.

Three- and four-bedroom, two- and three-bath homes on lots of a minimum 5,000 square feet are priced from $88,495 to $107,995. The sales office is at Paradise Valley Road and Woodman Street, reached from Interstate 805 by the Plaza East exit.

The 56-unit Phase 1 of the Arbor Park Collection in Valencia has been sold out, according to the Newport beach architecture and planning firm of Richardson-Nagy-Martin, designer of the four floor plans in the eventual 200-home community.

Called the first private, gated, planned unit development in Valencia, Arbor Park offers one- and two-bedroom condominiums on 12.5 hillside acres, ranging from 838 to 1,321 square feet. The community is at 26105 McBean Parkway, near the Golden State Freeway.

More than $5 million worth of property has been sold at Rancho Palo Verde, a 1,078-acre executive home and custom home-site development of Gibraltar Community Builders, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Savings, at Alpine, 12 miles from El Cajon east of San Diego.

In the past four weeks, $770,000 in sales have been made, according to Mesa Realty, San Diego, the sales agent. Custom houses of 2,000 to 4,100 square feet are priced from $250,000 to $595,000 and homesites from $95,000 to $295,000. The project is reached from Interstate 8 by Tavern Road.
