Angels Sign Corbett, Narron to Contracts

The Angels said Wednesday that relief pitcher Doug Corbett and catcher Jerry Narron have signed one-year contracts. Both were eligible for salary arbitration but did not file. Corbett had a 5-1 record with four saves last season, and Narron batted .247.
