Litton agreed to sell its Itek Graphic subsidiary.

Beverly Hills-based Litton Industries said a group of private investors signed a letter of intent to buy the unit for undisclosed terms. The buyers include the private investment firm Andlinger & Co., based in Tarrytown, N.Y., and a group of Itek senior management led by division President R. Patrick Forster. The division, which produces a line of graphic arts equipment and supplies for printing, has annual revenue of about $170 million.
