Chapman Women Beat Northridge for 12th Straight Win, 60-54

Chapman College women’s basketball team extended its win streak to 12 games with a 60-54 California Collegiate Athletic Assn. victory over Cal State Northridge Thursday night at Northridge.
Delisa Carter, Leone Patterson and Susan Bergendahl had 12 points apiece for the Panthers, ranked No. 1 in NCAA Division 2 play.
Chapman broke a 28-28 halftime tie and never trailed in the second half, leading by as many as 10 points.
The Panthers (8-0 in conference, 22-2 overall) visit Cal Poly Pomona Saturday in the game which will determine the conference’s championship.
