L.A. Firm Purchases Facility ;on Irvine Site

Wadsworth Properties III/Birtcher has sold a 22,645-square-foot facility in the Irvine Industrial Center to Los Angeles-based Schiffman Enterprises for about $1.14 million, according to Iliff, Thorn & Co., which negotiated the sale and is exclusive listing agent for the remaining 11,612 square feet available for lease.
