A Jacor unit will buy three Atlanta radio stations.

Jacor Communications and Meredith Corp. jointly reported that an agreement has been reached in which a subsidiary of Jacor will acquire from Meredith WGST-AM, WPCH-FM and the Georgia Radio News Service (GRNS), all in Atlanta, at a combined cost of $20 million. The ownership transfer is subject to the consent of the FCC. Meredith said it will realize a gain of about $6.7 million from the sale.
