Donald A. Miller, president and chief executive officer of Marine National Bank in Irvine, has been named chairman of the board of the World Trade Center Assn. of Orange County. The association is a nonprofit group, with about 250 member organizations, that promotes world trade and investment in Southern California.
Gary G. Fybel is the new administrator of Placentia-Linda Community Hospital in Placentia, an affiliate health care facility of the National Medical Enterprises group. Fybel, formerly executive director at Anaheim General Hospital, succeeds Truman Gates who will oversee building of a new NME hospital in Northern California.
