Atlantic Richfield Co., Los Angeles, which is currently undergoing a major corporate restructuring, announced the second round of executive changes this week.
Mike R. Bowlin, 42, was named president of Arco’s Anaconda Minerals Co. division in Denver and will become a senior vice president of the corporation. He replaces James L. Marvin, who is retiring. Bowlin had been vice president for the administrative resources group.
Harold C. Heinze, 42, was also named a senior vice president and will continue as president of Arco Alaska Inc. E. Kent Damon, 42, vice president-planning and control, will become vice president and investment officer. All corporate-level changes are effective Aug. 1.
