Last year I was hooked on “Dynasty.” I waited nervously for each episode. In the news there were floods, hurricanes, blizzards and people losing their jobs but to me the worst disaster could only be missing next week’s show. So what did I get out of a year of “Dynasty”? It left me with an aftertaste about as pleasant as cod-liver oil. “Dynasty” is pulp. I think Linda Evans has only one line: “Blake, we have to talk.” I feel cheated. The show tricks you into getting involved and then leaves you with nothing. In the new season, I hope I have the courage just to read “Soap Opera Digest.”
