San Francisco Building Sold

A new, five-story, 41,373-square-foot office building at 55 Green St., San Francisco, has been sold by the developer, Dallas-based Paragon Group, which has its Western Region office in Los Angeles, to Urbest Inc., the U. S. subsidiary of the Masuda Building Group of Yokahama, Japan, for $11 million.
The building opened with signed leases covering more than 25,000 square feet, nearly 65% of its available space, for an aggregate value of more than $8 million. Lessees include Triton Container International Inc., Susquehanna Broadcasting Co. (radio station KFOG), Oxford-Northern Equities, Northern Group and Oxford Development Enterprises Inc.
Paragon Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, KFOG by Nelson, Peterson/Terzian, Triton by itself and the others by Coldwell Banker. The architect is Wudtke Watson Davis & Engstrom, San Francisco, and the builder was Webcor Builders Inc., San Mateo.
