4 Men Face Child Pornography Charges

Four Southland men have been charged with separate incidents of producing, distributing and receiving child pornography after an investigation by a multiagency federal task force on pornography. The U.S. attorney’s office said Leland Ernest Stevenson Jr., 46, of Los Angeles was charged with interstate transportation and distribution of child pornography; Robert E. Lee, 70, of El Toro was charged with coercing a 12-year-old child to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce photographs; Manuel Flores, 52, of Los Angeles allegedly harbored a 12-year-old illegal alien for sexual purposes and mailed photos depicting another child in sexually explicit poses; and Grady F. Paine, 56, of Long Beach was charged with mailing and receiving movie film and a magazine depicting child pornography.
