Jan-Michael Vincent, star of the “Air Wolf” television series, was charged with felony battery in a Sept. 6 incident in which the actor allegedly punched a woman outside his Malibu home. Attorney Ronald Carpol said his client “adamantly” denies any wrongdoing and feels he is “an unprotected victim” in Malibu. Vincent, 40, will surrender today at the Malibu Sheriff’s Station, Carpol added.
