Don Wood’s fumble recovery with 43 seconds to go after Redondo had sacked Camarillo quarterback Mike Henry preserved the victory for the Seahawks. . . .Delbert Moore’s interception at Redondo’s 21-yard line with 5:57 left also halted a comeback attempt by the Scorpions. . . .Boots Coyoca grabbed a screen pass from Scott Yessner and raced 62 yards for a Redondo touchdown to break a 7-7, first-quarter tie.

Scott Yessner (R) completed 12 of 28 passes for four touchdowns and 252 yards. Mike Jones (R) caught two touchdown passes of 39 and 10 yards. Mike Henry (C) was 12 of 25 passing for one touchdown and 152 yards. Nick Riendeau (C) caught six passes for 60 yards including a touchdown and four first-down passes. Tom Roberts (C) rushed for 80 yards on 18 carries.
