Cobblestone Village, a Covington Homes development of 816 single-family homes in Sunnymead, has been selling at an average of 10 homes a week since its current phase of 221 homes opened in March at prices from the mid-$60,000s, said George Liolios, president of the Fullerton-headquartered development company.
Seventy of 75 Woodcrest Glen homes in San Diego sold within 90 days of being released at prices from $122,990, according to Wayne Barnett, president of the San Diego-based Woodcrest Development.
The Colony at Mandalay Beach, a beachfront community at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, was the top selling condominium project in Ventura County during the last quarter, a study by Continental Land & Title that surveyed 91 current, Ventura County projects showed.
Of the 38 homes in Phase 4 of Pacifica Corp.’s Steeple Hill project in Moorpark, 34 were sold almost immediately at prices from $141,500.
