Los Angeles-based Whittaker Corp.’s Tasker Systems division, Simi Valley, said it received a $39-million contract from Eaton Corp.’s Ail division for production of 720 digital radio frequency memory units. Whittaker and Command, Control & Communications Corp., Torrance, said they signed an agreement under which Command, Control will become a wholly owned Whittaker subsidiary. Terms were not disclosed.
