Teledyne Systems, a Northridge division of Los Angeles-based Teledyne Inc., has two new vice presidents.
Ted Izen will manage the marketing and advanced systems departments as vice president of business development. Izen comes from Loral Electro-Optical Systems in Pasadena, where he was a vice president of corporate planning and development.
James T. Hoffman was named vice president of programs. Hoffman had been executive vice president of Interstate Electronics in Anaheim. He replaces Saul Bass, who was appointed vice president of purchasing.
Teledyne Systems designs and manufactures navigational equipment, including on-board computers for spacecraft.
