Completion Near on Center for Distribution

Completion is scheduled this month for a $4.3-million distribution center for Pro Express Inc. in the City of Commerce.
Fullmer Construction is the designer and contractor of the 150,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up structure on a 5.5-acre rail-served site at the northwest corner of Elm and Vail avenues.
R. A. Rowan & Co. represented both Pro Express and the seller, Fullmer Properties of Diamond Bar in the transaction. Pro Express is an electrical and pharmaceutical products distribution firm headed by George Strugar, former defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams.
