Roger M. Kirkpatrick, who joined the executive ranks of Winn Enterprises in 1984, has been elected president and chief operating officer. R. Sam Christensen, who has been with Winn since 1981 as a corporate strategic planner, has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer.
