Library Tragicomedy

I have been reading and appreciating Sam Hall Kaplan’s column regularly. My contacts with the mayor’s office concerning water and environmental issues in the eastern Sierra also have been frustrating.
Your Dec. 1 analysis concerning the lack of a “campaign fund-raiser or ribbon-cutting” as the reason for the mayor’s lethargic position on the Library Square project is a sad commentary on the decline of Mayor Tom Bradley. Hopefully,, the recent election of Mike Woo signals a renaissance of reason.
