Portable Disk-Drive System Introduced

Microcomputer Memories has introduced a product it calls the Transpac, a portable, 3.5-inch, disk-drive system small enough to be carried in a briefcase. The Chatsworth-based company said the hard-disk equipment, which stores and retrieves data on disks in personal computers, will be used to move computer programs and files between computers.
