Edison Third in Volleyball Tournament

Edison High School defeated Fountain Valley, 15-11, Saturday to finish third in the Dos Pueblos boys’ volleyball tournament at UC Santa Barbara. Palisades beat University (Los Angeles), 15-7, to win the championship.
J.B. Saunders of Palisades was named most valuable player. Edison’s Danny Hanan and Fountain Valley’s Norm Abela joined Saunders on the all-tournament team.
