Luxembourg’s Ex-Police Chief Unhurt in Explosion

LUXEMBOURG — A bomb exploded outside the home of Jean-Pierre Wagner, Luxembourg’s former police chief, causing damage but no injuries, police said Wednesday.
The explosion, which occured just before midnight, was Luxembourg’s 17th bomb blast in the last two years. No one has claimed responsibility for any of the explosions.
