Convictions have been returned against all three men accused of a $285,000 heist at the Coliseum after a 1983 Raiders game. Haley James, 32, of San Francisco, was found guilty of four counts of robbery in Los Angeles Superior Court. He and two co-defendants, who had been convicted earlier--Steven Louis Jackson, 30, and David Spellman, both of South Los Angeles--are to be sentenced April 25. The three men, two of whom were armed with .45-caliber pistols, forced their way past guards and workers to take concession receipts. Police said it was the first time that a major robbery had been committed in the stadium’s history.
