Oil Exploration Forum: Save Our Shores, a group formed last summer to oppose more offshore oil and gas exploration in Orange County coastal waters, will hold a public forum tonight to discuss the U.S. Interior Department’s proposed five-year plan to develop the outer continental shelf. SOS members will give an update of the proposed plan’s status and will discuss the group’s future plans. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in Laguna Beach City Hall at 505 Forest Ave.
