Town Houses Opening Today in Ventura

The 44 town houses of Cambria Village, Ventura, open for sales today offering two- and three-bedroom homes with two and 2 1/2 baths, priced from $119,900 to $140,900 and move-ins planned for May.
The two-story homes, containing 1,246 to 1,525 square feet of living area, feature wood-burning fireplaces, greenhouse windows, ceramic tile countertops and interior laundry and workshop areas. The gated community has a pool and spa, a community room and picnic and green belt areas.
The developer, Telegraph Development Co., said conventional financing is offered. The homeowners association monthly fee is $110. Architect of the community is Leach & Kehoe Architects of Oxnard.
There are four floor plans and four model homes, two of them decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors, open from noon to 5:30 p.m. Fridays through Mondays at 9560 Telegraph Road.
