The project, Western Center, is a joint venture of Benco Development Group of Long Beach and Vistar Financial Inc. of Los Angeles. Completion is expected in July.
Retail areas will range in size from 800 to 1,200 square feet, according to architectural plans of Musil, Perkowitz and Ruth of Long Beach. Justice and Associates of Van Nuys is the builder, and mortgage financing is by Centennial Beneficial Mortgage of Orange.
