A former Ventura policeman was arrested in Phoenix, Ariz., on suspicion of stabbing a fellow camper to death at a campground near Fort Bragg, Calif. Officers said Frank Culp, 60, was being held at the Maricopa County Jail, awaiting extradition in the stabbing death of Craig Lundgren, 36, a fellow resident of Fort Bragg. Investigators gave no clue as to a possible motive.
