Former Interior Secretary James Watt has been named a director of Brentwood Instruments, the Torrance-based medical supply company announced. The 48-year-old Watt served as interior secretary from 1981 to 1983.
Also appointed to the board was Leroy Becker, a market research specialist from Ventura. The two men fill spots vacated by James M. Birney and Steven G. Podesta.
