Farrakhan Will Shift His Headquarters to Phoenix

PHOENIX — Louis Farrakhan will move his Nation of Islam headquarters from Chicago to Arizona, occupying the Phoenix residence where the late Elijah Muhammad headed the group for more than 40 years, it was reported Saturday.
The Arizona Republic quoted Rod X. Ambrose, a Phoenix member of Farrakhan’s black separatist group, as saying that the organization has purchased the property in Phoenix “so that Minister Farrakhan can complete the work (of Muhammad).”
