A new ball girl went on duty at Wrigley Field as Chicago played the New York Mets, but the Cubs said Mariellen Copp and others will rotate in the job once held by Marla Collins.
“She’ll be one of two or three people, with full-time jobs, who work there for the balance of the season,” team spokesman Ned Colletti said.
Collins and the Cubs parted ways last month after nude pictures of her appeared in Playboy.
