Concert Arrests: Forty people were arrested at a concert by the heavy metal rock group AC/DC at the Irvine Meadows Ampitheatre on Wednesday night, mostly for various drug and alcohol violations, a police spokesman said. He said one theft from a vehicle and a mugging also were reported but that most of the arrests were made for drinking. “We had a few drunk-driving arrests also,” White said.
