Sen. Thomas F. Eagleton (D-Mo.) has been named the third and final trustee for Manville Corp.’s asbestos property damage trust, which will administer damage claims against the company. Manville previously announced that Robert B. McKay, former dean of the New York University Law School, and D. Reid Weedon Jr., senior vice president of Arthur D. Little Inc., had been named as trustees.

Eagleton, a U.S. Senator since 1969, is due to retire from the Senate in January.
