16 Killed as Bus Plunges Into River in Tanzania

DAR ES SALAAM — Sixteen people were killed last week when a bus plunged into a river in Tanzania’s northern region of Kilimanjaro, state radio reported Friday. Forty-five others were injured in the accident, which is under investigation.
