The chairman and chief executive, 55-year-old Thomas I. Unterberg, and a co-vice chairman, 50-year-old A. Robert Towbin, of L. F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin Holdings are leaving the Wall Street investment firm amid a management dispute over the firm’s strategic direction, the firm announced.
