Scholarship Will Honor Teacher Slain in Montana

LEWISTOWN, Mont. — A scholarship for students planning a teaching career will be established to honor the memory of slain teacher Henrietta Smith, Fergus County School Supt. Shirley Barrick said in an interview published Tuesday. Smith was killed in a Dec. 4 shooting spree at Fergus High School. A 14-year-old boy has been charged in the shootings.
