“Rose-Petal Place.” Worldvision. $14.95. This is a very simple story based on the Rose-Petal Place doll and accessory line: Flowers brought to life by a little girl’s tears in an enchanted garden are threatened by spider-meanie Nastina. Marie Osmond provides Rose-Petal’s sweet voice, but the animation is the usual stiff Saturday-morning fare and the innocuous story has the feel of a 30-minute toy commercial.
