Ronald L. Fein, a general corporate and corporate securities lawyer, has joined the law firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Christensen, Kuchel & Silbert as a senior partner, a member of its executive committee and head of its nationwide corporate and corporate securities practice. Fein previously was associated with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. Joining the firm along with Fein are James H. Berry Jr., Marilyn J. Fried, Richard D. Cahalan and William T. Drescher, all of whom were with Jones, Day.
