Several hundred counterdemonstrators and 80 law enforcement officers turned out for what was billed as a march by 75 to 100 Ku Klux Klan members in Milledgeville, Ga., but only six klansmen showed up. There were no incidents. Scott Lowe, 31, a truck driver from Augusta, who called himself the group’s “grand titan,” was met by some heckling when he said that his group supports “white rights.”
