James D. Johnson Elected Head of Lath/Plaster Assn.

James D. Johnson of Frank D. Smith Co., San Francisco, has been installed as president of the Western Lath/Plaster/Drywall Industries Assn., formerly known as the California Lathing & Plastering Contractors Assn.
Other officers are Vincent Panzarella, San Diego, first vice president; Herbert Shearer, Bakersfield, second vice president, and Joseph Krader, Los Angeles, secretary/treasurer.
Clay M. Johnston is the managing director of the Lomita-based association.
