As one who has compared the first-class service of many major air carriers, I believe writer Carlton would have had an easier--and more enjoyable--time had he included British Caledonian among the airlines analyzed. His ease would have come from being able to say for every category he surveyed, B-Cal excelled. His enjoyment would have been the result of B-Cal’s superb service.
