Delphi Sells Million Shares in 1st Public Stock Offering

Delphi Information Systems, a computer software systems company, reported that it has sold a million shares at $7.50 each in its first public stock offer.
The Westlake Village company reported that it will use the revenue from the stock sale to repay existing debt and for working capital.
