Some MCA Television sitcoms will be colorized.

Hal Roach Studios said it has reached a deal with MCA to colorize and distribute more than 400 episodes of old MCA comedy series, starting with “McHale’s Navy.” Roach also announced that it will begin syndication of MCA’s “The New Leave It to Beaver” series, which first aired on cable TV. In the deal, along with other considerations, Roach will grant warrants to MCA for the purchase of 1 million common shares in Roach, exercisable at $12 a share.
