GENEVA — Switzerland’s Supreme Court will rule next Thursday on disclosure of bank accounts used by key figures in the Iran- contra scandal, the Swiss Justice Ministry said today.
Swiss government sources said they were confident that the court would uphold a lower court ruling ordering disclosure by the Credit Suisse bank. The secret accounts are registered to Iranian arms dealer Manucher Ghorbanifar, Lebanese-born American businessman Albert A. Hakim and retired Air Force Gen. Richard V. Secord.
