152 Hospitalized After Tokyo Meal

TOKYO — A total of 152 guests at a plush Tokyo hotel were taken to the hospital Friday with suspected food poisoning, hospital sources said.
They said the Japanese guests, most of them women, at the Akasaka Prince Hotel suffered stomach pains and nausea this morning after a French meal last night there sponsored by a cosmetics and food firm.
Ambulances took them to the hospital but none was reported to be seriously ill.
