Soviets Give Western Media AIDS Tract

MOSCOW — Soviet authorities on Saturday distributed pamphlets on AIDS to Western journalists in Moscow.
The Russian-language pamphlets, sent to diplomats last weekend, contain basic information on how acquired immune deficiency syndrome is transmitted and on preventive measures.
Under a decree adopted in August, foreigners staying in Moscow for more than three months may be subject to mandatory AIDS tests.
